HOPLA is a brand that belongs to one of Italy's largest dairy producers, Trevalli Cooperlat. With an annual turnover of more than 250 million euros, Trevalli Cooperlat is a company made up of 15 cooperatives and associations based around 1,000 farmers, who are also raw materials (milk) suppliers. In Romania we have Hopla and Vegetalcream Cucina.The Vegetalcream Cucina product has 23.0% vegetable fat and is obtained by homogeneously blending the ingredients, Ultra-high-temperature (UHT) processed and aseptic packaged in a cardboard box. It is excellent as the neutral base, recommended for sauces, dressings or various kinds of dishes.
