Parmafood and AQUILA Present Comprehensive Solutions for the HoReCa Sector at Foodservice & Hospitality Expo 2024

AQUILA, the market leader in distribution and logistics for consumer goods in Romania, together with Parmafood, which became part of the group in April 2024, will participate in Foodservice & Hospitality Expo. This is the largest event in the retail and HoReCa sector in Southeastern Europe and will take place from November 16 to 18, 2024, at Hala Laminor, Bucharest.

Under the theme "AQUILA: The HoReCa Partner with A-to-Z Solutions", the company will showcase a wide range of solutions tailored to the needs of HoReCa operators. Their offer includes both local and international brands, as well as their own brands like Gradena, LaMasă, and Yachtis. By integrating Parmafood into the group, AQUILA has strengthened and expanded its portfolio, offering a broader range of products and services that cover the entire supply chain, from ingredients for meal preparation to beverages and fast logistics solutions.

Răzvan Bagherea, Director of Organization and Human Resources, stated:
"Our strategy focuses on continuous development in the HoReCa channel, and by offering complete solutions, we aim to be the trusted partner for hospitality businesses. Through the synergies created by integrating Parmafood into the AQUILA family, we have expanded our product portfolio, covering the entire supply chain, from ingredients needed for food preparation to beverages and quick logistics solutions. HoReCa was the fastest-growing distribution channel in the first 6 months of 2024, with sales increasing by 35% compared to the same period last year."

Attendees visiting AQUILA’s stand at the Foodservice & Hospitality Expo will enjoy a complete experience. Over an area of approximately 200 square meters, AQUILA will organize three themed areas – kitchen, bar, and café – to showcase their expanded product portfolio. This includes internationally renowned brands such as Lavazza, Nutella, Hulala, Mutti, Tabasco, Kikkoman, Beluga, Piper-Heidsieck, Serena, and Frescobaldi.

The event will feature live culinary demonstrations presented by renowned chefs, including Chef Carlo Casoni, Head Chef at Mutti Italy, Chef Giuseppe Angino, an expert in Italian cuisine, Chef Cătălin Petrescu, known for his expertise in Japanese cuisine, and Chef John Menumorut, brand ambassador for prestigious international brands. In the dedicated bar and café area, baristas and bartenders will demonstrate their mastery in preparing premium beverages, from top-quality coffee to refined cocktails.

The Foodservice & Hospitality Expo Bucharest is the only B2B trade fair dedicated to food, beverages, retail, and HoReCa professionals in Romania and Southeastern Europe. The fourth edition of the event, held from November 16 to 18, 2024, will bring together major suppliers and retail companies, both Romanian and international, offering participants networking opportunities and innovative solutions for the hospitality industry.
